The integration displays customer orders from BaseLinker directly on the Zendesk dashboard as part of an additional information block. The connection is based on the email address. This way, you can have a parallel view of their orders during correspondence with the customer, without having to switch between systems and search for the order.

The plugin displays the order number, date, and its status, which allows you to improve customer service.
From the side block, you can conveniently go to the correct order card in BaseLinker.
The plugin allows you to create a new order for the given customer directly from the Zendesk panel, without having to go to the BaseLinker panel.
