Thulium is a call center and electronic support system. Integration of the Thulium platform with BaseLinker simplifies customer service management. Customer inquiries are processed in one virtual contact center.

Thulium downloads basic customer information from the BaseLinker system and allows for real-time collection of buyers' order summaries. When entering a customer card, Thulium displays customer and order information. When contacting the customer by phone, the employee has immediate access to the required data, which speeds up the support process. If the buyer uses different logins for several services but uses the same email address, Thulium can identify them as the same person.

The integration is available from Thulium – it relies on the synchronization of Thulium and BaseLinker customer databases. Subsequent synchronization of new customers/orders will take place automatically every half hour.
