ORLEN Paczka is a pick-up and drop-off service that combines benefits for online buyers and sellers. Over 6,500 collection and postal points throughout Poland. The network of parcel lockers and ORLEN gas stations is open 24/7.

Connect your ORLEN Paczka account to BaseLinker to simplify the order dispatch process. Link multiple carriers and sales channels and manage them all in one intuitive Order Manager. Integration with ORLEN Paczka allows you to quickly dispatch packages – individually, in bulk, or even automatically without your involvement.

The system can perform a wide range of shipment preparation tasks for you:

- Printing shipping labels (individually from the order card and in bulk from the order list)
- Generating a shipping manifest
- Forwarding the shipping number to the marketplace and online store
- Providing the customer with a tracking link
- Performing automatic actions based on the shipment status (e.g., sending the customer an automatic email when the package is received)

Since the integration uses the ORLEN Paczka API, the assigned shipping number is immediately available in the system and can be quickly communicated to the customer. BaseLinker offers an unlimited number of ORLEN Paczka accounts for integration – you can connect the same account multiple times, for example, to set up a different sender address.

Thanks to the cooperation between RUCH SA and BaseLinker, you can register an account with the "Paczka w RUCHu" service directly from our user panel.

How to start the service?

- Log in to the BaseLinker panel.
- Please activate the free Paczka w RUCHu plugin (in the 'Integrations' section).
- Create a Paczka w RUCHu account through BaseLinker (in the plugin settings).
- Ready!

How are shipments delivered?

- The package is created in BaseLinker, picked up by the courier, or delivered to the pick-up point.
- The package arrives at the RUCH pick-up point along with the morning press (between 4 and 6 a.m.).
- The customer receives an SMS about the delivery of the package to the pick-up point.
- The package waits for the customer for 5 days, then it is returned to the seller.
