Integration between BaseLinker and Freshdesk automatically searches for orders associated with the sender's email address of a specific message. Next to the Freshdesk message body, an additional side panel displays showing orders for a specific customer. Clicking on the order number takes you directly to the order card in the BaseLinker panel.

This solution reduces switching between systems and manually searching for orders. It also allows you to quickly check, for example, the status or date of an order, as this information is already displayed within the Freshdesk plugin.

The BaseLinker - Freshdesk integration also allows you to create a new order for a customer directly from the Freshdesk plugin, e.g., as soon as you read such a request in an email inquiry.

Using the Freshdesk plugin is free, with no limit on the number of processed messages.
