Integration with Empik is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the BaseLinker panel and also listing and synchronizing offers. For listing, you can use the Webareal store warehouse, the BaseLinker warehouse, wholesale, or an external ERP system. Orders from Empik can be processed in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store/ERP. The number of Empik connected accounts is unlimited - within your company, you can add as many accounts as you need without affecting the subscription fee.

Integration of BaseLinker with Empik offers:

- listing thousands of offers with just a few clicks
- synchronizing quantities and prices on Empik according to your inventory
- downloading and processing orders in BaseLinker
- forwarding orders to the store or ERP
- redirecting shipping numbers to Empik
- processing orders quickly and without errors with the help of Pick&Pack Assistant
- using automatic actions that take care of your orders
- issuing invoices and receipts for downloaded orders
- creating shipments with selected carriers
- recognizing the caller who made a purchase on Empik using the BaseLinker Caller app

Orders must be confirmed in advance in the Empik panel or choose the option of automatic confirmation in our system. The integration also allows the automatic transfer of tracking numbers from the BaseLinker panel. It is also possible to transfer order statuses to the marketplace.
