CRM Bitrix24

Bitrix24 is a CRM system for improving customer service in e-commerce. You can connect email boxes, instant messaging, FB fanpage, VoIP telephony to have a 360-degree view of orders and the historical communication of your customers when they contact you. Integration of the BaseLinker app with Bitrix24 allows you to download all current and archived orders into Bitrix24. Based on customer data from the order, a contact card is created in the Bitrix24 CRM system, and based on invoice data from the order, a company card is created. All fields visible in the BaseLinker order are available in the Bitrix24 deal card. A two-way synchronization between systems takes place at 5-minute intervals. The deal card is also complemented with products and their prices, enabling sales analysis.

The application is not an official integration of the Bitrix24 and BaseLinker systems, as the manufacturers of these systems were not involved in its development. It was developed based on the API documentation of both systems by Polish Business Club SP. z o.o.
